Sub Activity 5: Portrayal of any life changing event in our lives - When my life took a new turn









My endeavour My ardour… 16th October, 2015 started with the energetic enactments performed by students of XI E and XI F. XI E had enacted on  a life changing event from the life of Kailash Satyarthi and XI F enacted on an important event from the life of MalalaYousafzai.
It was a visual bliss to watch the students perform on the stage confidently with appropriate props. They were able to recreate the significant life events of the peace icons. They acted naturally, meticulously and perfectly. The best performances were selected and posted on You tube and ISA blog.  

Sub Activity 4: The Emulation My Creation: Impersonation of the personalities


As the school commenced on 13th October, 2015 student of class Xth got on to creating Caricatures on Nobel peace icons Kaliash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai. The artistic part of students came out really well. Students displayed their creative skills and gave dynamic look to their caricatures. They used their imagination, creativity, thoughts and sense of humour to create caricatures which were realistic and displayed what they thought about the peace icons in a comical way.

Students did a commendable work and enthusiastically participated in the activity. They were successful in depicting what made the life and work of these peace icons significant from others.

Sub Activity 3: Going Back in Time. Docudrama on Peace Icons



Moving forward with our ISA activity today on 8th October, 2015, the students of class XI A & XI B presented a docudrama on Kailash Satyarthi & Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel laureates. This activity was conducted for the students wherein they were divided into groups and each group prepared PowerPoint presentations on the personality allocated to them.

Students did a lot of research on the life and achievements of the two peace icons and presented their views in a logical and factual manner and prepared engaging, interesting and creative docudramas in the form PPTs. Students did a commendable work and enthusiastically participated in the activity. They were successful in depicting what made the life of these peace icons outstanding.

Sub Activity 2: Biographical Saga




International School Award  (ISA Activity no: 3) Peace Icons :"Leading the way in making the world a better place"

"PEACE IS NOT THE DESTINATION, IT IS THE WAY:

6th October 2015, Sub Activity 1: Biographical saga of Nobel Laureates Kailash Satyarthi and Mala Yousafzai"

The day started with a full zeal and vigor as a part of the ISA Activity was conducted in Ryan International School, Faridabad about the biographical saga of the Nobel Laureates who fought for the rights of the weaker sections of society . 

The students of class XI C, D & XII E, F  created a biographical saga of the Nobel Laureates.



All students formed themselves in groups and carried extensive research on their respective peace idols and prepared their Bio-sketches consisting of the life, missions.and achievements of the peace icons.

The team spirit and enthusiasm  could be seen and felt in the students' work as they presented powerful, meaningful and the impactful sketches to show what made the efforts of these two laureates significant, credible and different from others.

Above all, the students now were able to truly comprehend the relevance of International Awards like Nobel Peace Prize and what makes a person worthy enough of such recognition

Sub Activity 1: Logo Making

A logo making competition was conducted to familiarize students with the project and its importance. To sensitize the students about the importance of peace in the world.
